Our stay was OK! Not exceptional and not horrible.Bathroom towels were not in the bathroom, but in the dryer when we arrived. Not necessarily a deal killer but the two things that made this just an ok stay was that there were only 2 rolls of toilette paper and my bed sheets were not clean when I was ready to go to sleep. I had to strip my bed linens and utilize other bed sheets that were in the closet. I also had no confidence that the bed covers were clean so I did not utilize.

Great Visit to Denver

The Bungalow was perfect for my family of 4. I was in Denver for a conference and the house was conveniently located to convention center (only a 10 minute drive). Rooms were nice and clean. Best part - no need to strip beds or take out trash at the end of our stay.

Beer fest and Broncos

Great location to attend the Great American Beer Fest and a Broncos game. The house is in a great location for easy access to the train or to mile high. Easy 10 min walk to M lot for tail gate. The house is exactly like the pictures. Worked great for the three of us. Will look them up again.

Red Rocks stay!

The house was perfect for a long weekend spent in Denver! We enjoyed the private backyard space and the convenience to downtown and Red Rocks. The neighborhood was nice, but a couple blocks away, it wasn't so nice. The house was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Would recommend.

very clean and wonderful stay

sam's place is clean and well decorated, with just enough character and also with all the amenities. the third bedroom is downstairs/basement area so was a little cold but the extra blankets still kept us warm. the beds are so comfortable! parking and ongoing communication with the host was easy. thank you for the hospitality, sam!

Ideal spot for a Denver weekend

The bungalow was as described and the ideal spot for our weekend in Denver. The beds were very comfortable, there were ample towels and bed linens, the kitchen was well-stocked and the air conditioning worked! (It was hot). It was lovely to have coffee and breakfast on the back patio in the cool air of the morning. The only negative is that the house really needs an additional bathroom because even with only 3 of us, it was tight at times. The host was responsive when we had a clogged bathroom sink which was fixed within hours. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks Sam!

What a great place!

We loved this place! The house was clean and comfortable in a great neighborhood close to EVERYTHING! Sam was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions quickly. We highly recommend this location and plan to stay again next time we're in town!

Great rental property, great location, perfect jumping off point for events at Mile High or Sloans Lake! Only note would be that parking is free only on south side of street, not on the north side next to the house.
