Did not check in so can’t comment regarding staff. Hotel was in a less desirable area which was a major problem for my son and I. Homeless and drug activity surrounding the immediate area of hotel and check in. Unfortunately had to cancel my reservation. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed for a night for a concert. Provided what we needed, a place to stay. Staff let us check in early with no additional fee due to the elevator being down which wasnt an issue. Wasnt a super high quality hotel by anymeans but did its job.
