Took three requests and a total of five hours to get extra pillows for the rooms. Shower drain was slow to drain and kept flooding the bathroom floor. Continental breakfast started at 7 was the at 7:15 and several things were already out and they had to cook the backs still.

The line to check in was so long. Only one person working and there was no one helping out. Room was nice and spacious but you can hear sounds from the hallway and outside so clearly. Elevator was the worse. Took forever to go up and down. They should do something about the elevator because I guarantee everyone who stayed there was frustrated with the elevator.

When asked to clean the room, change sheets, or get some new towels they were very attentive. Having a buffet breakfast was good too, so you can start your day. The location was close to everything downtown, everything was in walking distance. They had a 55 or 60 inch tv in the room to which I loved.

Both beds were not centered on the foundation/ frame. One bed you slept on a slant from left to right. The other bed had one metal piece from bed frame sticking out.., both mattress’s were blown out.., room slept very hot.., bedding, covers..thermostat at68??

The room was fantastic, the breakfast was excellent and I don't know if it's possible to find a better location. We were able to easily walk to Ball Arena, Empower Stadium and Coors Field, and had access to all the other downtown attractions as well. Life hack: take the $10 airport train to Union Station, then use the 16th Street Free Bus to head up to 16th and Stout... and it's 2 minute walk from there to the hotel.
