Close location to everything. Hotel seemed very run down. No maid service, for a room with full kitchenette it didnt have anything. No plates, cups, coffee maker, etc. Very very basic. Breakfast was available in the lower lobby. Rooms seems dated, room had odd smell, carpet stained and not clean.

Friendly Helpful staff. they helped us with dining suggestions and directions

The Front Desk Robin was not friendly at all. Very abrupt and even shouted at us at one point to put mask on. I know it is the rule but she could have said it in a nice way. Chasen on the other hand is friendly and accommodating. Nice guy.

Was very cozy and great location downtown with an awesome view of the city.

The hotel is very clean with great staffs however, the outside of the hotel is scary at night because it’s surrounded with homeless people that harassed us. My kids and i try to not stay out pass sunset.

Due to COVID, there was no housekeeping, fitness area, or laundry facilities available. We booked a suite, but there were no dishes, silverware, or glasses for use, even though we had a dishwasher. One of the reasons we booked this hotel, was because breakfast was included, but it turned out to be a orange and a muffin. Also, cable was out on our last day there. It made for a horrible last day. Wish we had gone home early.

Our stay was very disappointing. We arrived and were waiting for someone to show up at the front desk to help us and one young front desk worker showed up and greeted us with “What’s up?!” No Hello, no Welcome, just “what’s up”! We get to our room and unpack and then look around and find then find bags and bags of trash under the sink. The LAST thing we want to do in a pandemic is clean up someone else’s trash in our room. The soap and shampoo dispensers were completely empty in our room too. There is no cleaning service except for on your fifth day and checkout. They advertise free breakfast which I understand is different during COVID-19 but they only offered a bag with an orange and a muffin on one day out of three that we were there! The final straw was when I used a towel to dry off after a shower and tons of long black hair covered the shower floor and me. This place is truly NOT GOOD AND UNSANITARY!

Good hotel and clean could’ve used a blow dryer and the rooms to be cleaned after each day I know COVID changes things but it would probably be better if you actually cleaned the rooms not wait till the end of guests stay.

We stayed at the Home2 Suites in downtown Denver for 3 nights. The atmosphere was okay, but the room was filthy. We arrived, and on the first night, we saw a cashew under the sitting chair. Okay, vacuuming is difficult, but then I found a false eyelash in my sheets, and neither me nor my travel companion wear them. When I took a shower in the morning, the toiletry dispensers were disgusting with hair from previous guests. When we told the front desk about the state of our room, we were not offered a different room, a refund, or a visit from housekeeping. We were told that we could go down to the front desk to get sheets to change our own beds. We understood that there are limitations on housekeeping during our stay due to COVID, but the rooms should be cleaned well between guests for just that reason. I hope the person staying in the bed before me, using the pillow cases, and leaving their eyelashes wasn't infected.

Good breakfast and in room kitchenette, but housekeeping timing and cleaning tasks seemed missed or rushed.

The person that checked us in was incredible Good job

The room was clean, I would have appreciated the bed cover being washed, that was the one thing that did not seem freshly 'clean'. So I tried to sleep without covers. I liked the 'enviromental' refillable soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner containers. But I doubt that they had been wiped off between renters. (I wiped them off just in case ;-) ) They did not have any 'facial' type of soap only the lemon hand soap.

The staff were extremely helpful, approaching me to see if I needed help finding something.

Hi Anonymous, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you did not have a satisfactory conversation with the front desk agent who asked you to put on a mask in the building. It has been discussed with her directly. Thank you for staying with us. Stay safe and healthy!
