Great location in downtown area.
The hotel is nice. Nice rooms. Great location for accessing downtown Denver. Very good breakfast. The kitchenette in the room wasn't really adequately stocked. We had no spoons or forks and when we asked about it, we were sent flimsy plastic silverware. Also, there was no cutting board or paper towels.
This hotel always smelled clean. They provide many options for breakfast and is walking distance from many shops or activities.
Great place! Very convenient for the Colorado Convention Center. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
I was surprised with the corner room that had 2 walls of city views! Clean and cozy with a full frig.
The staff was very friendly
Perfect location to stay for conferences in Downtown Denver. Great Breakfast buffet included.
Valet was a backed up nightmare.
The hotel was nice for what we paid for. Most of the staff members were also very friendly. The support staff was especially nice and always happy. However there was one person at the front desk who was exceptionally rude to me on one occasion. I had called to request tissue paper and towels and spoke to a lady. She indicated they would bring it up to us (usually we had to go down to retrieve. Never did this before at other hotels.). Thirty minutes later we were still waiting on the items. I called again and a guy answered. He told me to be patient and housekeeping just arrived and will bring it. Before I could respond to ask if I can just come for it instead HE HUNG UP ON ME. I had to call back and ask that question. I thought it was so rude for him to tell me to be patient AFTER 30 MINUTES and hang up on me. I didn’t get his name but I remember he wore a nice yellow blazer one day during the trip.
I stayed here for four nights at the end of July 2022. I was with my boyfriend and two of our friends stayed in a separate room. The hotel is very modern and clean, and the staff is very nice. It is conveniently located downtown and has 24/7 coffee in an area off the lobby as well as included breakfast every morning which is very good. The only complaint I have is that a few days before, two of the four elevators went out of service and did not get repaired. Two elevators not working in a tall mostly full building of 20 or 21 floors makes for frustrating and lengthy elevator trips. Sometimes we waited 15 minutes for an elevator only for it to be super crowded and then stop on every floor. Sometimes we couldn’t get on. The second working elevator was frequently used by housekeeping staff so it felt like only one elevator was working some of the time. My boyfriend and I actually took the stairs quite a bit. Having two elevators out of service for this amount of time is not acceptable, but I must say everything else about the hotel was pleasing. Hilton, you’ve been in the hotel business for a long time. Do better. No reason for 2 elevators to be non functional for more than 48 hours!
They claimed I didn’t have a reservation even though I had a confirmation number, it took 45 minutes answers. They eventually found me a room after repeatedly telling me they were all booked. Then the elevators took 20 mins because 2 of their 4 elevators were out of order.
Liked the location as it was easy to walk to theater, larimer street and Union Station. We parked in garage a couple blocks away as hotel parking fees were much higher. They also a $50 fee per day upfront on arrival which they return a week later. Never had that experience before.
It was my first time at Home2Suites and i would say it was a best experience..from the staffs, breakfast, room and the building. It was clean and big variety of breakfast and staffs are excellent. I would recommend this hotel and i would definitely coming back
While the front staff was generally great…..it was other issues. Garbage that we bagged up and set outside our door sat for DAYS…was take out garbage and smelled. Rented a car a few days into our stay. Was NEVER informed by valet people that there was any charges for this—even after asking When I called to ask about the $140 charge on my bill I was told “it’s standard for downtown and we don’t own the valet”. Also was told “maybe I should have read my agreement when I rented through orbitz “. Again, while most of the staff was great-I would never choose this hotel again.
Always helpful and accommodating
Clean, comfortable. Good breakfast, great little bar in the lobby.
Excellent location, Literally the Best Hotel Staff in all of Denver!!!!! They literally hire only the sweetest & kindest ones out there. You could always tell when you were sharing a smile behind the mask. Best Free Breakfast & Coffee included -which i feel like is a Rare find in hotels anymore as well - Rooms were clean 4/5 but really this is a downtown hotel so i was happy to get that. Hands Down, i would stay here again when traveling to Denver
