The host was great to communication in any questions we have or answered quickly, and she was extremely great to work with. I highly recommend her. The condo was so much more than what we thought. It was perfect Everything was exactly as described. Location is perfect right in the middle of walking distance to everything.. I just wish our stay could have been longer.

This is an excellent property right in the heart of Cookeville’s beautiful downtown area! Super clean, better than advertised, and convenient to a multitude of local eateries and shopping! The property manager is excellent to work with!! You can’t go wrong with this place!!

This is a wonderful, clean apartment!! Wouldn't change a thing! Gorgeous and tasteful, and love the area. We loved the 3rd floor so there is no noise from above. Couldn't ask for better!

Great downtown stay

We loved the location so much, and the interior of this condo is absolutely beautiful! You will have everything you need here, and once you park after your day out, you won't need to drive for dinner or breakfast, there are tons of restaurants at your doorstep.

TTU Graduation

Perfect apartment for a quick stay in Cookeville for my daughter’s graduation from Tech. We always stay at one of Lindy’s properties. This apartment is Pottery Barn perfect and spotless!

STUNNING apartment!!!

This apartment is gorgeous! Lindy doesn’t miss a detail with the decorating and furnishings. The place is perfect and spotless. LOVED the large windows and all the natural light. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for having us!
