We were required to leave a cash deposit, something I've never had to do at any hotel. To check out, owner went and checked the room before returning cash deposit. There were also only smoking rooms available and the smell of second-hand smoke was quite strong.

I was not informed of a Mandatory Cash deposit beforehand. Who does that?? Why do you need a deposit on a prepaid hotel room for one night, almost equal to what I already paid for said roo.?? Orbitz customer service was completely unhelpful and I had no way to get the cash on a Saturday, so I lost my reservation and had to make other arrangements. I will be reconsidering my use of this app in the future.

The property was nice and well maintained. The room was much nicer then expected. Had a large, king sized comfortable bed! Room was very clean. Management was friendly and professional. I highly recommend

There is one thing good about this place the bed, it was comfortable, the room the bui6run down pain pealing from the walls and ceiling stains on the walls toilet seat with missing hardware seat falling off, on the door and wall look like some sort of splatter in three different areas, I WILL MOT EVEN START HERE AGAIN, AND I ADVISE ANYONE TO NOT STARY AT THE MOTEL UNLESS ONE HAS NO OTHER CHOICE AND IF THATS THE CASE I THINK SLEEPING IN ONES CAR STILL WOULD BE A BETTER CHOICE.

The bathroom really needed a good deep cleaning - the tub, baseboards, and door were filthy, but everything else in the room was in good condition. This hotel had what we needed for a quick overnight stay.

For one the staff is rude and very strict on their policies. They don't even allow service animals which should be actually against the law because some people actually need their animals.

We were told they needed $40 in cash for amenities and we didnt have any cash. And the room was non refundable, so we lost all we had paid and no room. It was a scam

They did not let me stay. I did not have cash for a deposit, That was hidden somewhere in the agreement. I had to stay at another hotel. I will be deleting the “hotels.com” app.

The property was nice and clean and the quality of the motel is what you would expect to pay twice as much as the cost. I was pleasantly surprised as it was so nice for an economy motel. I would highly recommend it.

Room was clean and inexpensive. Didn’t spend much time in the room so not having amenities did not matter. Inn is located in a great location. There are several grocery stores within 5 minutes. We spent a weekend there exploring Burgess Falls and other falls around and we had a great time.
