It was ok just seem like a lot of people were living long term and we seen a couple cockroachs , but we were between two of the long term rooms and they were a lot of grills in the walk way. They were hot were they were cooking on them if you have little kids with you it could be dangerous if they brushed up against them..

The hotel is in a great part of Cookeville! It’s right off I-40 and super close to tons of shops and restaurants! The bed was not our favorite, but it was clean. The staff was pleasant and kind and accommodating. If I need to stay in Cookeville again with our dogs, I’d consider staying here.

The toilet was broken. We had to take the lid off of the tank every time we needed to flush. There was hair all in the bedding. Felt dated and dirty. The bed was comfortable.

The reason for the overall low score is that I left a hat in the room and they lied and said I didn't. There was also a bag of clothes left from a previous guest that was not taken out, meaning they don't clean the rooms properly. I hope to get my hat back. It is very sentimental to me
