Check in was not what we expected or reserved. Main reason for booking this hotel was there was an outdoor pool. It was closed upon arrival! Was given incorrect room, and was told that they were sold out. No compensation or concern whatsoever, just, sorry! Construction going on next door with open access for workers to this hotel did not make me feel safe or comfortable. There is also an open parking lot near by that we heard garbage trucks every single morning at 6am! The ONLY thing that made this week acceptable was Crystal from breakfast! She was an absolute joy to be in the same room with. Her exerburance for life was contagious! This hotel needs to all take note of her personality and customer service!

We checked in late night, this was just a in between stop for a road trip. Front desk staff were very nice. Room was very nice. Only reason we didn’t give 5 stars across the board was both beds had hair on the pillows. We made it down for breakfast which was very good and lots of option’s Overall our experience was great and we would definitely stay again.

The staff were helpful, from the front desk to the breakfast attendant to housekeeping. The breakfast offerings changed slightly during our three-day stay. We didn't need housekeeping, but they delivered clean towels to our room after I requested them in the corridor. The kitchen was fabulous - it featured a mini dishwasher, a set of four dishes, a two-burner stovetop, and a good-sized fridge-freezer.

this is a relatively new and very well-maintained property. The service staff was excellent and , the studio room we chose was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, linens were high-quality, it was clean, and I have absolutely no complaints.

Nice and convenient

Great stay. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. Our AC unit made some weird noises (probably overworked in the heat), which was a little distracting, but not so much to keep us awake at night.
