Great location that was close to the interstate. Breakfast was good and the room was nice. The only complaint that I had was the carpet was dirty.
It was a little weird that Cofmort Suites and Comfort Hotel and Suites were right next to each other. I had no idea there was a difference. No matter. It was a fine stay. I would like to see the breakfast include some meat other than sausage biscuits and gravy.
The pool was out of service; however, we were told we could use the pool in the hotel across the parking lot which they also owned. There were clumps of hair floating on the service of the pool and clumps of dirt all over the bottom of it. It was disgusting. The breakfast area was small and poorly arranged and some things did not seem fresh. The hotel was understaffed. The front desk attendant was friendly and very helpful and the room itself was nice.
We stopped for the evening while traveling across Tennessee for work. I found the hotel to be very comfortable with a delightful staff. I would definitely stay there again if my route takes me there again.
We only stopped and slept, ate breakfast and left.
Coffee in lobby was watery
Nice location. Hot tub was taken out 2 months before we got there and the website photos we not updated. The hot tub was one of the main reasons why I booked the room. It sounded like they whole area if holets had the hot tubs taken out. Those places looks like it gets a tons of children and teenagers. Wall, doors and light switches need to be wired down once in a while. Maybe the cleaning staff needs to look at the room as if they were staying there.
The night staff, a young lady and a young man in training was very pleasant and helpful when we arrived around11:30 at night, and was still there when I got up early the next morning! The bed was very comfortable, and there wasn't any road noise to keep me awake. I slept great! I would definitely stay again if in the area!
The hotel is easy to find, in a great location, and the staff were nice. If there are a lot of people staying, the breakfast area becomes really small, but that's my only criticism.
