Old, run down hotel... The rooms was dirty and had a very bad smell. It was rundown and needs a remodel. Definitely not worth the price. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special.

Carpets, 2nd floor outside elevator, are stained and needs replacing. Dinning chairs ripped and need replaced. Mattress was flat and hard needs replaced. The staff was friendly and our breakfast was good.

Was the perfect area for our trip, going to the state parks to see the waterfalls. The only area thar seemed dirty in the hotel was the hall going to our room on the second floor. The rooms were clean.

We stayed here after a concert in Nashville. The room was great. Plenty of space for me and my kids. This would definitely be recommended. We lucked out. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, the rain started. And it rained very hard. But we could barely hear it inside. Staff was great.

We arrived late to the hotel. We had a two queen room. One bed was not made and appeared used. No towels were in the room. Unsure if it had been cleaned. Not a good start to our stay.

Room appeared to be clean but old so didn’t feel clean definitely needs updating. The bed looked old and very bumpy even when made you could see big lumps, not very comfy. Shower did not drain properly so you took a shower while standing in water up to your ankles. Large room but very small bathroom. The hotel itself looked updated but our room smelled musky and bed definitely needs to be replaced.
