We stay at La Quinta often in our travel's.This ranked second worst one we have stayed at. It said it was newly renovated maybe we got a room that wasn’t idk, but I would hate to see what it was before if that was a newly renovated room. The room was overlooking the carport the roof looked moldy, I’m not expecting a 5 star view but it definitely made the place look run down. The room was meh it didn’t feel clean, I always carry around Clorox wipes for this reason when traveling. We wiped all surfaces down before even unloading the cart. The bed was lumpy and hard worst night sleep ever. The people next door were noisy and annoying. The liens were ick. Oh that reminds me there is a sign at the front desk that talks about if you stain the their already crappy liens & towels your going to be changed example- $30 for one sheet a set would be $60 lol 😂…. Heaven forbid your traveling with kiddos and they pee the bed or spill a juice box lol…. I’m honestly about done with La Quinta they used to be a soild 3 sometimes a 4 star hotel we are seeing below motel 6 vibes at most La Quinta’s the last few years. Especially after Wyndham took over. Dont let their nice lobby fool you….The run down elevator is the first clue what you can expect. It looks like they spent most of their renovation funds on the front and lobby. It fooled me it looked nice smelled great the disappointment hit when we walked into the reality that was our room. I might fight Wyndham on this stay. Clean your rooms!!

It was ok. Improvements: The floor hadn’t been mopped in my room. The sheets had “pills” from being used and needed to be changed out to new ones. The bed covers were stained. I found a cat’s claw in the bathroom on the vanity. And the whole room reeked of fabuloso like it was poured to make it seem cleaner than it was. And the road was under construction (I know that isn’t the hotel’s fault but a heads up would have been appreciated). Positives: The staff were very pleasant. Ample parking and space. Bed was comfortable.

Staff is extremely helpful and very nice. Room was clean and no bad odors. Air conditioner and refrigerator worked great. The microwave was full of condensation or water on the inside. I dare not use it.

Very unclean. Floors visibly needed to be mopped. My daughter found someone’s dirty bra in the hideabed where she was sleeping. Breakfast was a horrible. Undercooked meat. Pastries never refreshed. I had to help a housekeeper look for plates. We spent extra to have a nicer place than last time we were in town and it was half the price but we were sorely disappointed

The first room we was in half the outlets did not work the bathroom sink would not drain the lamp over the bed side table did not work and the worst thing was there was a dirty towel under the sink in the bathroom. They did move us to another room and the front desk lady was very nice. The second room was ok. The bathroom was not very clean. Under the sink was so dusty that you could write in it and the place where they put towels was dirty also the pillows in both rooms were horrible. The air in both rooms could have worked better then they did

Could have done something to compensate

My stay was quite comfortable. The only thing that I didn't like was that their juice machine at breakfast was "Out of Order" all three days that I was there. They didn't provide an alternative. They could have placed individual juice containers in the fridge or even have several large flask with different juices such as apple juice and orange juice. They seemed pretty content that the juice machine wasn't working and did nothing to compensate for it.
