DO NOT STAY HERE

I reserved a King Whirlpool room prior to a 2 night trip. I arrived somewhat late for the first night check in, close to 11pm, only to find my room had been given away. There were conflicting stories about how it happened and blamed the third party for overbooking the room type. No one apologized or offered service recovery. I was to switch to a whirlpool room the next night but received no further information by check out time so I decided to leave not only based on that, but I had little confidence the next room would be clean and enjoyable. The room I was put in the first night was dirty, worn, and outdated. Several pieces of furniture were damaged and the dresser drawer in the bedroom wouldn’t stay in. Not to mention the huge spider in the shower, the TV remote didn’t work. The rooms are obviously not checked for quality and the manager of this hotel doesn’t know what customer service is as he wouldn’t even come out of the office while the receptionist made excuses and tried to make me pay for the night I didn’t stay after the ridiculous experience. Shameful.

Well 1st off this hotel was dirty. Secondly the hot tub was broke which is one reason I got this room. Then the water pressure in the shower was like a trickle and finally my breakfast thy I purchased with the room was served cold. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I asked when I got there for a refund and I was told no. No was a bad answer. Im gonna not use your site anymore as your recommendation was poor n I paid 200!for an 60 stay.

Not a Hilton

The place was not a Hilton, lady at front desk was unpleasant about switching my room due to view, luckily she went home and the gentleman came over and helped me, this was three hours later. Pool needs attention and my bathroom had vomit under the sink and rust on bathroom light fixtures. Seriously, you charge $100+ a night and you deliver a mess to people. I do want to say the bartender was truly a delight and the next morning he was the cook and once again truly a delight.

Nice Pool Broken Hot Tub

Where do I start it was fine when we check in but this morning when it was breakfast time I was unfortunately told we needed a voucher or have to pay out of pocket I had two rooms which bought same time but only one had 2 breakfast vouchers when it’s 6 of us so now I was stuck paying for everyone else’s meal which is crazy because why wasn’t that brought to my attention when I checked in the first day, I just don’t like how they work but other than that my kids had a good time in the pool but definitely not coming back also asked for late check out they agreed then gets a nasty phone call from front desk saying it’s time to go like I didn’t call down there to ask for a 1pm check out but unfortunately, the rude lady on the phone said it was time to go now which was 12 PM 1st time there last time there.. but y’all enjoy
