Fantastic Aria for shopping and dining. The beach is close, too. The only negative I can say is we try to valet our car and there were two cars in front of the hotel and we could not even pull up behind them. We had to drive to the closest parking garage and park and we’ll our luggage to the hotel. Other than that, it was a perfect day!

i had been planning my first solo trip ever to Chicago for almost two years, and for those whole 2 years i knew for a FACT i was staying at the Viceroy. AND THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Staff was soooo friendly and really make you feel right at home. I felt so comfortable here. Also in the most PERFECT area. "Why are you going to Chicago isn't it dangerous" babes i'm staying next to a Prada, try again. I will 10000%be staying at the Viceroy for my future Chicago trips 💕

Perfect location & stunning hotel

For a wedding dress shopping weekend for my daughter, the Viceroy was perfect, and is always the best! Location is perfect, restaurant is fantastic, Alison is phenomenal at her job, and everyone is top notch in customer service. The rooms are beautiful! Thank you for another great stay Viceroy!

Pillows were terribly soft. I called down twice for harder pillows and they brought the same ones we already had both times. We asked the receptionist when we checked in if they could help us book a reservation for a steakhouse and no one ever got back to us even if we weren’t able to get a reservation.
