Had a very nice stay Wednesday night last week. The help was quite nice, and the bed was slightly firm but comfortable enough to lie on. In the morning their coffee was a little lackluster. Maybe get some different bean? Anyway it's a big plus that the staff was nice. 4.3/5 🙂

The beds are TOO HIGH!

Even though the HOTELS.COM listing explicitly stated the room would have a roll-in shower, IT DID NOT! To add insult to injury, the beds were at least 31 inches high! The woman at the front desk tried to convince us that all hotels have beds that high, we knew that wasn't true. It's very unsafe for some people (especially people with mobility issues) to try to get in to and out of a bed that high!!
