Yes it was okay just didnt like the fact i paid for a balcony room but received a patio room and also they make you walk through the whole building to get to your room when they have access doors but the key cards dont work for them other then that it was a comfortable stay.

This was a staycation for me and my wife on my birthday. The staff was great, rooms clean. Only negative was the a/c unit did not work well. But this was a small issue. Overall I will recommend Sonesta to friends and family.

The room for sure it was pretty good. The only thing we really didn’t like is the mini fridge had water leaking in it. The other thing we really didn’t like was we really couldn’t enjoy looking at tv cause yall basically didn’t have any channels we could look at so we were forced to look at anything and it kept saying no signal and that was terrible. Then on top of that the ac in the bedroom room was tripping we wanted heat to be coming out it was blowing out cold air so we turn it off and let the heat from the other section of the room get in there. The shower wasn’t all that good either cause the water was luke warm and I like hot showers. Oh and yall definitely shouldn’t advertise a balcony because I don’t know what that was a brick wall and you barely could turn around out there so that was a bust. But other than that it was a pretty decent room.

It was ok it was a little hectic due to Valentine’s Day. I was put in a room with no ac and mildew smell. The hotel then didn’t have a room with balcony available so I basically got a down grade for my room because they didn’t have what I asked for available

Didn't clean room. Hence no towels. When I called front desk phone didn't work . When I went to front desk to get towels they handed me 1 . No coffee ( not sure it was free or not ) but even if I had to purchase since there was a Starbucks kiosk it was not available . There are other options in the same area to pick from... just saying .
