The hotel looks nothing like the pictures! It was in a very sketchy and unsafe area, there were roaches in the room, the hotel carpet was super nasty, and it smelled terrible! I reported all the broken things in the room to the front desk However, it is close to alot of stores and the staff was very aggressive but helpful except for one housekeeper who was very lazy.

Upon our arrival we were greeted so warmly and enthusiastically. Check in took all of seven minutes! The first room we were assigned wasn’t up to our standards. However, the front desk immediately apologized and changed our room and that room was really nice! The 24 hour coffee bar was a delight and I would choose to stay here again!
