Had to ask for more towels. Floor was dirty when I wiped the floor from my cup sweating even though I saw the room across the hall being mopped. Hardly any soap in the dispenser by the sink. Should have been refilled.

Easy check-in and check-out. Staff was friendly and room was comfortable. My 7 year old granddaughter especially loved the automatic pancake machine available for use during breakfast in the lobby. Lots of sitting and dining space was nice also while enjoying their plentiful breakfast.

One morning didn't have forks to eat with, the next it didn't have bowls... The fridge in the room was all frozen up, had to defrost it, even then it wasn't cold, but still froze stuff .. shower could have been cleaner.

The beds and pillows were not comfortable at all like the other Hilton locations. The air conditioner made a horrible loud wining noise. The room floor was not clean and hair was on the floor and in the shower floor. I reported the concerns through the text response as advised & received no response or help.
