The property is a remodeled upgraded building. There was no eating area or provisions, rooms do not have coffee, but are equiped with hot water, a small refrigerator and microwave.The room is very large and appeared clean but smelled like a lockerroom filled with dirty socks and smelly feet. It was very quiet. Would recommend a small air purifier. The price good

The sheets were stained and not entirely sure they were clean. The bathroom was dirty and had soap scum and hair on the shower walls. The towels were so thin they didn’t dry your body at all. People were smoking weed right outside our hotel room so we could smell it in the room. You could hear people walking by and the neighbors as if they were in the room. I was very disappointed in this stay.

Close to campus

The coffee in the reception area was awful . It said continental breakfast included and there was nothing at all . Beds were clean but a little too firm for my liking . No coffee maker in room . There was a small refrigerator but it didn’t get very cold . . Micro wave was in room . Overall not bad for a quick trip when you need a place to sleep . I would have liked a receipt from the hotel but they kept saying that I would get it from Expedia . I used hotels .com . Still don’t have a final receipt .

Not worth it at all

They were way too expensive for a budget motel, and then charge for anything. They even charge $5 for a dollar store box of cutlery instead of offering a spork for free. Money hungry and don’t use that money to take care of the property at all. It was dirty, sheets and blankets were stained and all around a pretty gross and scammy place

Disgusting rooms and management

Conditions were disgusting. Room smelled and comforter was dirty. It was musty and gross. We left! Never stayed and never would. The management was awful too. Due to other circumstances we had to leave and no empathy or understanding that we needed to leave for family reasons. I would never stay here and I strongly encourage no one ever book this property!!!!!

Two night stay for UIUC Mom’s Weekend. Though the Red Roof Inn is a bit dated and is a no frills hotel, I have to admit that the bed was very comfortable and my stay was nice and quiet. It served its purpose for a place for me to sleep after spending all day with my son on campus celebrating Mom’s weekend. It was an easy drive (about 10 mins) to campus. At check in, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff was also friendly. It was a pleasant stay.

Hotel dirty, in the bathroom you could smell urine, many outlets not working and some coming out of the wall. Towels didn’t soaked up the water overall very poor hotel and $200 for the night way too much for this quality of the hotel.
