The check in clerk was over worked. Line to the front door. A couple wanted a room with a tub and staff didn't know which room had tubs. Once checked in it was a great stay

I had not been to Carson City in 20 years and when I lived there the casino was known as the Pinion Plaza I think. I was surprised at how beautiful it was and our room was great.

Rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. WiFi wasn’t working. When I went to ask why it wasn’t working they told me to walk around until I got reception. Never worked. Had ants in the room as well

On Friday night had a group of 13 over for dinner in the restaurant. Staff would not let us pull up a chair to the table to accommodate one person, that person left the restaurant. We should all gotten up and walked out, but then we would’ve had to drive somewhere else. We were staying at the hotel.

Everything was great except: Although the room was non-smoking, it reaked of cigarettes. The odor from the casino drifted the 100 yards to our room. We asked for housekeeping to deodorize it; but, they didn't have anything. We purchased a large can of Lysol, which we emptied during our 4 night stay to reduce the smell.
