Gorgeous room and property. The staff was always very friendly and eager to help. Food was DELICIOUS. Be sure to make reservations well ahead of time at the restaurants. Also get towels on chairs on the beach or by the pool very early to reserve them. They go quickly. We took the catamaran to Isla which was amazing. We were able to get the VIP discount by enduring the sales pitch. Warning: They push HARD to get you to sign up, and it took up nearly two hours of our morning. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

Our group had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the 3-bedroom suite and all-inclusive amenities, including incredible service. The beach was beautiful - and very isolated, so it felt like a private experience from the hustle of the hotel zone. Staff was kind and welcoming everywhere we went. The food was also great - we enjoyed almost all the restaurants during our time there.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The one bedroom suite was huge and absolutely spotless every day, the bed was super comfortable. The food and drinks were delicious at every restaurant including the Bite Bar which is poolside. They delivered all of our lunches to our pool loungers which were padded and very comfy. We have stayed in 6 different resorts over the years and this one has been the nicest. Dave Q

I can't say enough great things about this great All-In. The staff are friendly and professional. Our room and the property are clean and well maintained. The buffet at Caprichos is awesome and had a lot of vegan options for me, most of the other restaurants had few options but able to accommodate. I loved the gentle music that played on the grounds in the morning, adding to a blissful sunrise. The aquafit class was more fun than I thought it would be. I didn't make a morning yoga class, it would be great if there was an evening yoga class. One of the reasons I booked here was because a ferry to Isla Mujeres is walking distance but I found out the times are very restrictive so we took Ubers to and from Puerto Juarez which were less than $10CDN each way so we could get the ferry that runs every half hour or so. There was a bit of seaweed on the beach but it was cleaned frequently and wasn't a big deal. The sand is beautiful and there is plenty of seating. I would definitely come back and have already recommended to friends. Thanks everyone at Villa del Palmar for such a relaxing vacation.
