We took our family of 4 with two 12-year olds - this was our first all inclusive trip as a family and it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were incredible - big and spacious with gorgeous views. The amenities were amazing - pool, beach, kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, obstacle course! The food was delicious - we ate at all 5 restaurants, as well as room service - the options were varied and there was something for everyone. We felt 100% safe from the moment we landed until the moment we left - the transportation service was right on time as well. I highly recommend this resort for a great family-friendly experience - away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel zone. The resort, staff, food, amenities, beach, and clear water exceeded our expectations!

Rooms, staff especially Alberto and pool staff amazing. The resort is gorgeous! Food, drinks and room service wonderful. There is even black jack in the pool and fabulous aqua fit. Beach is beautiful I am going back in 8 weeks and booking soon

My husband and I were upgraded to Garza Blanca upon our booking. However, we had walked the grounds of Villa Del Palmar and we loved it as well. Both resorts were wonderful. We loved the layout, the cleanliness, the staff were kind and attentive, food exceptional and decor. Everything was 10 stars! Thank you!

Was all excellent, hope to come back soon. Just two things you should be aware of. The AC wouldn’t shut off, probably bad thermostat. Costing a lot of money running like that. Also Master toilet the water runs all the time. Thanks Gary.

The ppl that work there are unhelpful, rude the food was below standard level. i will never go back there or their sister hotel attached to the right Greza Blanca the worst.
