This place is right next door to a open air concert hall, which make it impossible to sleep on a friday saturday or sunday night. During a 7 night stay, i only had running water on 2 days between two rooms i was moved to. They also tried to give me a downgraded room, and offered no compenstaion. Avoid like the plague

Disappointing Stay – Nothing Like the Pictures I had a very unpleasant experience at Hotel Seven Boutique. As soon as I walked into my room, there was a strong, moldy scent, and the bathroom reeked like a sewer. Everything looked and felt unsanitary, nothing like the photos online. It was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority. To make things worse, the water in my room completely stopped running, and it took them 40 minutes to fix it. The WiFi was also incredibly slow, making it frustrating to get anything done. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and reliable place to stay. Definitely not worth the money.

I enjoyed my stay at Seven Boutique. The room 29 was exactly as shown in pictures. The pool is great, just a lot of bugs. Noisy at night from Wednesday to Sunday. Otherwise staff is very friendly and helpful.

Just stayed for one night before moving on to Holbox, because one of our party landed late at night. Very smooth and positive experience, we landed very early and they stored our bags all day before check in. Quiet, clean room with good aircon. Simple checkout the next morning.

Beautiful and very affordable

The front desk gentleman was absolutely fantastic!! We had no water for a little while. However, that didn’t change anything at all about the property or all the staff. They were all super friendly! Great location. Safe. Loud nightclub nearby. Bring ear plugs! Close to shopping. Amazing food nearby
