The room and hotel were clean and staff was friendly. The beds and rooms are very small so it was a squeeze for our family or 4 but manageable for a night. The beds were comfortable but they could have used a few spare pillows.

The rooms were clean. The staff were polite. The level of service was challenging because they were very full. There were no extra pillows or extra blankets available at all. The airport shuttle was full, even though we were told it would be available. So we had to make other arrangements that was disruption to our trip. Although the staff they had a very we don’t care that much attitude. Just getting through the day trying to be nice enough to avoid conflict. It should be noted that you cannot drink or use the water from the taps at this location like other hotels in the hotel zone so we were obligated to buy bottles of water from the bar. They tried to convince us that they only took cash at the hotel bar, which was odd after some push, pushing we were allowed to sign it to our room. This made us feel a bit uneasy with the level of trust in the staff.
