The service was superb, best we’ve experience. Samayra our personal assistant was excellent, (GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE!) she helped me plan my proposal to my gf and the entire experience was a 10/10! The next day she along with other staff surprised me and my fiancé with a fruit platter and a towel art with beautiful illustrations regarding our engagement’! This resort really pays attention to detail and some of the best hospitality we have seen in a long time. All staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The amenities were also very excellent! Don’t even get me started on the food! You can’t go wrong with any of the restaurants! Our personal favorite was Chez Moi, a French cuisine restaurant you would think chef Ramsey is in the back. We fell in love with the beef Wellington and the lamb chops! Also a quick shout out to Alex Liborio who helped us with our bags at the end and tracked us down to make sure we didn’t miss our ride back to the airport! Just another example on how amazing ALL staff is here!

Everything is inside it's very nice ,food is good, the only thing we didn't like is the ocean it had lots of sea weeds and the first day when I got there around labor day had a very strong smell but after 1st day it got better

I just stayed at Hotel AVA in Cancun with my boyfriend and it was amazing. The whole place is super modern and every room has crazy good ocean views—I loved waking up and seeing the water through the giant windows. The pools were my favorite spot, and there was even a water park that looked so fun for kids. The food was really good too— There were so many restaurants to choose from!

The property was very clean. Our room was beautiful l, clean and equipped with all necessities. Staff was very attentive, nice and professional. Great customer service in all dining areas and bars. Drinks were good and made with top shelf liquor. The property was safe as there were multiple security points prior to getting onto the property. Since I booked with Expedia I was assigned a personal assistant whom was very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. There were many dining areas and options as well as bars. I would definitely return and recommend. Perfect for a family vacation.

I had an amazing experience at AVA Cancun! The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options, and every meal exceeded my expectations. The service was also excellent, Jonathan provided attentive and friendly service. A special thanks to Rodrigo, my personal assistant, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was incredibly helpful in arranging a late checkout for me since my flight wasn’t until 7pm, which made my last day so much more comfortable and stress-free. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Wonderful food, great service, and outstanding staff who truly care about their guests. Highly recommend AVA Cancun!

Just the taste and quality of the foods wasn’t good, but the main restaurant which is only available for dinner was awesome
