"Great location very close to the seafront (we could see the sea from our room) and slightly away from noisier/busier part of Folkestone. 10-min walk to train station.
Comfortable bed and very good bathroom.
Very good breakfast (although bread quality could be improved).
Overall a great stay - would not hesitate to stay again when visiting Folkestone again."
