It was an ok stay.

Hotel was placed in the perfect location. Close to the beaches, train station and shops. Staff was amazing and friendly we have a very warm welcome and helped with any information we needed. The room was very small but clean. I booked with my family and we was a group of ten plus one baby. It wasn’t until we got there we was told there was two hotels of the same name across the rd from each other. I wasn’t impressed. Room wasn’t cleaned properly there still sand all over the floor ended up doing it myself.

Great little hotel in a fab location

Really nice stay at hotel Miami, booked 4 nights stay as close to where my son was playing in a football tournament. Room was clean and the maid came in everyday, left fresh towels and made the beds Breakfast not so good - continental ok, but bacon eggs sausage not so good Pool is small but enough to spend a few hours around seemed to be everyone did the same - spent more time out the hotel so always a lounger available , so much to see in Calella the location of hotel is great for train station the beach and nice places to eat and shop Staff at hotel really friendly

Nice hotel, great staff, food good

Hotel was nice enough, staff were so helpful and friendly. Food served was good quality just not a big choice as its a smaller hotel pool are was small but nice, they also have a deal with one of the beach clubs which is a 5 min walk to the beach they give u a lounger and 2 soft drinks for €5 If you walk along the main shopping street from hotel (turn right at the tabaco shop) and follow it along you will come to a square that is love to sit out in, few nice restaurants and bars Also 5 mins walk to train station which is perfect for taking direct train into Barcelona which we also did

Great hotel, but in quiet area & small rooms.

Very clean & smart hotel with very helpful staff, only let downs are small & basic rooms and it's a 15 mins walk to the livelier part of town. Beach & train station less than 5 mins away though.

Not a very pleasant stay

Not a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Rooms - I have never stayed in a room as small as this. We have booked a twin room, but there were 3 beds, making even less space. Not enough room to feel and move comfortably. Toiletries - there were only 2 small soap bars and 2 small packs of shower gel (one time use) provided the first day and not re-supplied. There was NO HAIRDRYER in the room! You had to go to reception, order one and bring it back after use. Never seen this before! Towels changed and room cleaned every day. The view from the balcony to the street - terrible, another wall, another hotel. WI-FI is NOT available in the room, only in the reception area. Moreover, it barely worked, sometimes not connecting at all - had to go to receptionist each time and ask to reset the router. Another inconvenience! Small pool, but hotel grounds overall clean. Did not look as good as in the pictures. Services overall - did not feel welcome, NOT hospitable staff. Location - not far from the centre, close to the train station, approx 10-15 minutes to the beach. Check out - in the hotel description and booking information it was 11:30. However, the last day reception called in the morning, asking to leave the room as soon as possible. As per hotel rules - the check-out is at 10:00. We chose this hotel mostly because of the good reviews, but I would suggest to choose another hotel or hostel. It is really overrated and no value for the price we have paid.

Holiday to remember

Loved this family run hotel. Spent 12 great days with good food choices, beds and towels changed daily and the friendliest staff I have ever come across. Evening entertainment courtesey of Miguel was second to none and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Situated away from main street so quiet but within 10 mins walk to beach and train station. Would recommend without hesitation. Thanks Miami for a fab holiday.
