. I called the hotel the day before my arrival to see if I could get early check in/ set up shuttle service. i was told to call back when we land, once I got to the hotel I asked if I could get early check in, I was told that they couldn’t find my reservation, Then was told that early check in wasn’t till 2 pm. No where does it say that early check in starts at 2 pm, nor was I told before my arrival. was charged a 250 deposit which is not noted anywhere. Our room The Air conditioning does not work, blows hot air. No way to shut it off. We were told that maintenance would come look at it, at midnight. We said no wait till Am. Air never fixed. Went to front desk at 8pm told them about air, We were moved to another room, same issue in that room. Only blows hot air, will not shut off. went down a 2nd time to tell them about air. was told that I was going to be upgraded to a deluxe king room and was going to be charged 66.00 for my remaining 2 nights. Got new room, I was downgraded from my previous rooms and still charged same price. Only offered 25% off of stay and still charged 25 fee for early Check in. Staff is horrible except for a few people willing to help.
