Yes room was not cleaned sheet was dirty the soap and shampoos where not filled the counter was dirty the room was kept at all. not also the room above was very noisy banging the floors all night. Also having a conversation with your staff i was told they never clean properly the staff brings her own sheets towels and lysol wioes when she stays in hotels that says alot. I want a refund i will go further on social media about this.

WE LOVE THIS HOTEL! The staff is always amazing and always so willing to help when needed. The rooms are always clean, and no bad smell anywhere in the hotel. The rooms come with just about anything you would need but the front desk has a borrow locker if needed. Good safe area, lots to do around. Seriously can't say enough good things about this hotel!!
