The property is very close to the airport, and the airport shuttle is very convenient. The property doesn’t seem to be in a nice area of town. However, the property itself is very well-maintained and very clean. I would definitely stay here again if I wanted to be close to the airport.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience with this property. The pros: super clean, renovated rooms, friendly staff, and good offerings for the hot breakfast. The cons: no one answered the phone when I called for the complimentary shuttle, so I had to take an uber. The hotel sits at an intersection that is extremely noisy, and since my room’s window faced the intersection, I couldn’t sleep due to all of the noise from the trucks.

We were given a ohone number to call for pickup from the rental car center. I called but no one would answer the phone. My husband also called, but he was hung up on two times. I was left on hold for 45 minutes before i could speak to someone to request pickup, and then another 15 minutes to be picked up. This was totally unacceptable service. Additionally, when we contacted Marriott corporate, we were told they would not intervene because the booking was with Expedia. As a result, i will not be booking with Expedia for hotels in the future. I will book directly with the hotel and airlines.
