The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property was connected to the Prudential shopping center which was nice as well. My daughter and I enjoyed a some cornetto’s and coffee in a beautiful garden area while we were there. The location of this hotel to restaurants, the symphony hall, trains and other sights is incredible. We could basically walk anywhere we wanted or hop on the train. When we come back, we will stay here!!
