The employees here are super helpful and nice - overall great stay Only criticisms would be the 5 minute warm-up time the shower was plagued with, and the digital key card system via the phone app was inoperable (I have a depth of knowledge of how these work).

Pool and hot rub

A short 1 night stay. The pool and hottub were cranking and warm despite a frigid day. The water was not as clean as could be nor the area around the pools. The pool area was busy and school vacaction week could have contributed. The folks at breakfast were kind and attentive as was the front desk. The 1st floor room though distant from the pool was quite noisy sounding like a generator was running out the window. Staff are looking into the cause. Possible electrical room issue. Overall a good value for families. Perhaps a less busy time could have been better.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 6 days. We were checked in by Jamie who was great, likeable and very friendly. Room was clean and neat upon arrival, however due to an issue most likely on Expedia's side, through which we ordered, we encountered that it wasn't a shower/tub combo but a roll in shower. We asked Jamie if there were other rooms fitting with that description available but unfortunately he had nothing available but him even just trying to accommodate us was fantastic.On topic Mary Ann - She was LOVELY. Easily the most forthcoming and friendly customer service person I have ever encountered. She was personable, we had pleasant small talk and she was just a joy to be around, even just in passing.If anyone actually reads this from management, that lady deserves a raise. Her and Jamie, as well. Nicest staff we have ever met, hands down.Location wise the hotel sits just off of I93, 30 minutes to Boston, 10-15 to Braintree were a bigger mall was located. All in all, we had a very pleasant trip and just for the front of the house staff and the location we will probably visit this hotel again.

Overall good place. Would book again if in the area. The room had a few banged up spots and a black scratch like mark on the bottom. Other then that room was nice. Also, the sign at pool area says open 6am-10pm. Went down at 7am-ish to use the hot tub and the door was locked. We called someone down and they said that its locked because it opens at 8am. The guy was nice enough to let us go in but they should either open it when the sign says or change the signs hours.

Bought snacks in the lobby, staff member took pictures of what I ordered and charged us double the amount. He said he didn’t have time to take my cash in the front for everything. The hallways also smelt like dirty trash, as well as the refrigerator in the room smelling dirty as well.
