Great stay. Hotel is right near the Rental Car center, so we returned our car, stayed overnight at the hotel, and left early in morning, using the free hotel shuttle to the airport. It was very convenient. On top of that, the room was clean, comfortable, the staff professional and courteous, and just a great place to stay! Thank you!

The walls are paper thin, there was no ice on our floor despite there being a room labeled "ice." Housekeeping was loud and YELLING to eachother in the adjoining rooms and hallways 2 hours prior to checkout keeping us awake prior to our travels. They then opened our door at 930, despite checkout being 1100. When we called the front desk to ask about the ice issue, we were sent straight to hold for over 10 minutes. The check in process, they had 3 employees behind the counter, but only 1 actively checking in guests. Upon check out, there was 1 employee and she did not acknowledge me for over 1 minute. Would not stay here again.

Our family's overall experience at the Embassy Suites was extremely positive, which makes it difficult to elevate just one aspect of the experience above everything else. The room was clean, the amenities were numerous, and every staff member was courteous and helpful. What stood out the most, however, was the complimentary breakfast. It was far and above any other hotel breakfast we have ever had. The amount and variety of foods available was pleasantly surprising, and we were especially impressed by the cook at the made-to-order omelette station. The omelette was both beautifully made, and delicious. Another notable positive is the proximity of the hotel to the airport T station. It was a very short walk, and made getting into and out of the city much easier. This is a wonderful hotel and I recommend it to anyone who is planning a visit to Boston.
