Furniture is shabby, check-in was “unwelcoming” to say the least… this hotel was absolutely not worth $100/night… including tax. I paid more than twice that. I’ve been a Hilton Honors Member for 25 years… not the worst place but in the bottom 5. Come on Hilton, you can do so much better.

Great service. Food excellent and amazing free snacks for happy hour. Breakfast great and room and bed very comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

Breakfast was amazing. Pool area was less than expected. Pool was only 3ft deep throughout and hot tub was so over chlorinated that the funds burned our eyes

They need to improve the airport pick up at Logan. Too many times drivers have just gone on by without stopping long enough to see if folks are waiting. Also, a/c and heating room units are far too noisy.

Overall great customer service. A lot of options on the breakfast buffet. Clean/spacious rooms.

Easy access with shuttle from airport.

Very unhappy with quality of breakfast options and late setup of omelet station. No coffee available in lobby until breakfast. Bed was uncomfortable as was sleeper sofa. Very over-rated for price paid. Only plus was proximity to airport.

Lobby staff were very welcoming and pleasant. We all enjoyed the evening reception which was welcome after a long day. The eating area was nice and cool.

The airport shuttle picked us up after we called the front desk and was very prompt. Checking in was an easy process and getting to our room took no time at all. The room was unique in that it was a square with two doors in the bathroom: one leading to the kitchenette/sitting area, and one to the bedroom. The bedroom opened to the bathroom and the sitting room. This unique design made the hotel room feel much larger and allowed more movability within the room. We walked to the blue line T-stop each day to travel to the city. It took less than 10 minutes to walk and the walk was through a park (lit with lights at night). Breakfast had many options we always ate something different during our three-night stay. Very happy with this property!
