The room felt neglected, toilet kept gurgling, bed was lumpy and the hallway was absolutely FROZEN. I have taken multiple photos on the windows directly across from the room we stayed in that was frozen from the inside! Ice buildup and water soaking the floor from the ceiling dripping. The main staircase was caution taped off due to water damage and the parking lot was not cleaned or treated well for the amount of snow that was had. Sheets of black ice everywhere.

The pictures are deceiving, the room is run down and dingy. The front door has paint falling off, the breakfast food was cold, and the hallways were gross. It was a motel not a hotel. Never again

We couldn’t take a shower because the bath tub was completely clogged and dirty water came out and stayed like that all night! it was very uncomfortable not to be able to use the shower, also the room was unkept and smelled heavy, way too pricey for a very uncomfortable night.
