My shower was clogged and after the water went down the tub was filled with a ton of hair which I have to say was not mine. Also the coffee in the lobby was cold and when I went to heat it up in the microwave, the microwave was disgusting. Food was splattered inside microwave.

Staff was great. Need NESN in the bar.

We were on top floor behind the elevator which was not in working order. Every use of elevator to upper levels resulted in a jack hammering noise that would wake the dead. It was incessant and constant as the elevator approached each stop. We complained to on call staff but they had no rooms to switch to that would distance us. We left as we could not stay.

Very comfortable and clean. I would stay there again.

The servers in the restaurant were rude. All the desk wanted to do is give something complimentary which I turned down. They need to fix the problem. The rooms and bathrooms are really modern but the water pressure is a dribble and there is black mold growing in the tile grout and the drain is completely corroded.

Was told I would get complimentary WiFi but it didn’t appear to work at all. The channel listings were off on the tv and HBO was not actually HBO which was frustrating for the finale of game of thrones. The staff was amazing and nice. the hotel itself was beautiful and perfect.

Really good experience, the staff was really nice. The bar could benefit from a better training on the bar tender doesn't know any specialty drinks, price a little on the high side. Other than that everyone else was great.

We had a wonderful experience here. The room (231) was clean and spacious enough for 2 adults and one toddler. We had double queen beds, and still had room for her pack & play (4Moms Breeze.) There was a restaurant right down the hall from our room, which was very convenient. There's also a restaurant outside the hotel, Bella's, which had great food, too. Dunkin Donuts is right down the street. The only thing that would have given it 5 stars is if they provided a mini fridge, or microwave, or both, in the room. Also, during our stay, the in-room menu said room service was available all day. However, when we called for room service, we were told it ended at 11am, and wouldn't be available until 5pm. This was disappointing to us, since we were dealing with jet-lag, and a very cranky toddler. We didn't really want to leave the room to find food. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the hotel was quiet.

One thing only which I think this hotel lacked was enthusiasm or information for us to make any sight seeing or touring. There were not a single brochure for tourism. Subsequently, we only went to see Harvard.

This was a great place to stay based on where we were visiting in the Boston / South Shore / Cape Cod areas. It has a great location off of Rte. 3 and the facilities and staff were excellent.

Out of the way, but off highway, clearly newer and very friendly staff. Beds are EXTREMELY firm.

I usually stay at this hotel 2-3 times a year as it is very close to the highway, and my place of business. Always clean etc...This time however, I was staying on the 2nd floor and my water temperature was horrible. Could not get the water hot enough to stay in the shower, so wound up taking a quick dip until i could not take it anymore and jumped out..not my favorite way to wake up! I notified the desk twice to no avail and on the third day just toughed it out again and left. Room 204 is anyone from the hotel is reading this. They have improved the breakfast offering.
