I didn’t like that there was no daily house keeping such as emptying trash cans and not replacing towels. I had to dump my own trash and carry my soiled towels to the office for replacements. The man running the office said there was a sign on the counter that they don’t provide such services but the sign was not visible upon check in

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The owner helped us out with our dog since we were there for a week. The breakfast is also a great deal. Waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast, and drinks. Highly recommend

Great value

My 2 sons and I did a quick fishing turnaround. Room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was great...waffles and coffee were really good. The shower water pressure was a bit low but no big deal. We've stayed here before and will definitely repeat.

Nice room size and pretty quiet but has issues

Nice room size, has fridge and microwave, pretty good TV and channels. My room was quiet, too, for the street noise (many rooms in this building are not - I stayed here before). Nice service, improved breakfast - now it has yogurts and waffles, before it was only cereal. AC/heater unit is noisy when turning on, I used ear plugs. The toilet was not clean - but the office lady was nice and cleaned it herself. Table had some crumbs left - an easy fix, but nevertheless... The floor was clean. The toilet was also super small and had an outdated design, not matching the overall nice room condition at all. I would have given 4 stars, if it was not so small and inconvenient to use. Common, elongated toilets these days start from $79-99, which is less than one day stay at this hotel - change them please, and make your guests comfortable for many years to come! That way your guests are more likely to come back, and otherwise they might look for something more modern and comfortable.

I checked in early Saturday morning and had requested a quiet room away from foot traffic. The front desk staff kindly provided extra pillows. After arriving, I went to bed as I was waking up early to ski. However, from 3 a.m. to 6:30 a.m., the woman in the neighboring room loudly argued with her partner, preventing me from sleeping. Despite using a fan for white noise, the yelling was too loud. I went skiing but was too exhausted to perform well. When I informed the front desk, I was told the guests had checked out. However, when I returned around 8:30 p.m., the arguing resumed, confirming they hadn’t checked out. I was too tired to confront the staff about not moving my room or offering a solution, so I played white noise through my phone to drown out the noise. I would normally leave a good review to let other skiers boarders know about the place but unfortunately I can't. Bad customer service, owner not being honest and accommodating to a customer who only wanted a quiet room to sleep for two nights.

Cons: The room was outdated. It wasn't that clean... The bed and bedding were old. The room had a musky smell. Pros: The parking situation was good as we were able to secure parking right in front of our room in the first floor. The room had a mini fridge, a working microwave that had a funky smell but, with a quick cleaning we manage to get rid of it. It had a coffee maker which we also had to rinse many times to get that funky smell. The towels looked and smelled clean. The running water was good and was also the moderation in the shower; not too hot, not too cold. Most important, the lady at front desk was able to meet our requests to accommodate us in the first floor for the two families staying that night. Overall, a two star rating while also based on the price of one night stay. A little overpriced, I'd say. Other than that, it was ok with what we needed for the night. Thank you.
