Overall, this was a clean, well-kept property. The negatives were sketchy wi-fi service and the noise of vehicle back-up alarms going off throughout the night. This was by far the best room we've had on a month-long road trip for cleanliness and physical working of things (toilet seats, doorknobs, faucets, etc.) This was greatly appreciated!

The girl at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful in telling me the restaurant I had seen online was a good place to eat. She was very friendly and apologized that there weren't any ground floor rooms. Our reservations had been made weeks ahead and it was a Tuesday night so I wasn't sure why they were so busy. Our room was upstairs which was inconvenient as we are in our late 70's and carrying our luggage upstairs wasn't that easy. After dinner my husband pulled back the sheet to get into bed and there was a large dark area which looked similar to a dirty shoe print on the sheet. We called the front desk and she brought us a clean sheet. In the morning a landscaper was using a blower right outside of our door. We were already awake but I thought it wouldn't have been very pleasant to be woken by that.

Clean, surprisingly big for a motel room. Staff are nice. Would consider this place again when we're in Bishop. At the time of booking, was the cheapest motel I could find, but the amenities, cleanliness, proximity to restaurants and stores are just as the same as other inns and motels in Bishop only they charge more.

Perfect Motel for Hikers coming off the mountains.

I had shipped a box to the motel 6, and when I arrived the front desk attendant ensured I had the box delivered to my room within 10 minutes. The room was clean, comfortable, and very updated. I was happy with my stay there. I am a returning customer. I spent 2 days there last year and was assisted just then too. Thank you for being ready for our arrival. My group rented 4 rooms on 8/6/25. Other members in my party included the Davis family, Siemeck family, Ramos Family, and the Bove family.

Never again at this location.

I've stayed at several Motel 6 locations and been pleased with all of them, but not this one. I went to my room and there was toilet paper in the toilet. I called the front desk and the attendant said, "I'm sure that room was just cleaned so I think it's fine." Rather than push it I decided I'd take soap and a rag and wash the toilet seat. But, the toilet wouldn't flush...it wasn't plugged, just not enough pressure to flush. So I moved to another room. In this room the shower head was leaking and spraying on the ceiling and wall. It had been doing it so long the plaster was coming off. At this point they didn't have any other rooms for me so I decided I'd just live with that. Then I thought I'd just go take a dip in the pool. Put on my trunks, went to the pool, and there was a sign on the gate that it was Out of Order. As the title of this review says, I'll never stay here again, although I'm often up and down the 395.

Staff was great. We reserved a king room and got a queen. The mattress was so deformed that I had to try not to fall off the bed. I hardly slept. The condition of the bathroom amenities was atrocious. When we first entered the room, the toilet was running. I tried to call the front desk , but the phone was broken, so I fixed the toilet myself. The bathtub was a valley. I almost fell. The shower head was spraying out of the back and front which caused mildew on the wall that obviously wasn’t ever cleaned. The floor entering the bathroom was squishy. I didn’t expect the Ritz Carlton, but I wasn’t expecting a dump either. The rate we paid was way too high for this room.
