The hotel is perfectly serviceable if you're going to stay a night in Bishop and don't have other options. You will be asked to pay a "Resort Fee" in addition to your room rate, and I will only say THEIR definition of a "resort" is vastly different from my own. We only stayed one night here, and I'm glad of that. We could not get the air conditioner to work. We were there in November, when it's cool out, and they keep the building and rooms heated to a very warm temperature, so we had difficulty sleeping. The toiletries they provide are nice, but in our room one of them was half used when we found them. The pillows are quite hard. However, everything was clean and available to us when we checked in, despite arriving late at night. The little mini fridge was one of the larger sizes, which was nice, since we definitely use the fridge to cool down our water bottles and snacks. Overall, our experience was just fine here. Nothing to write home about, nothing terrible.

Cielo has a hidden $10 "resort fee" that is charged to your credit card after your visit. Orbitz does not include this fee in the price or disclose this fee properly. Property was just cheaply remodeled with the shower/tub not done properly.

It’s was okay. Very small room. Couple of hairs on wash cloths and towels. Nothing special. Wont choose this hotel again
Nice property. Great location with numerous restaurants and shops within a short walk. The lobby is spacious and there is sufficient parking. Staff is efficient and professional. Room was clean, quiet and well maintained. My only complaint is the air conditioner. It is a wall unit and noisy at night. Nevertheless, well recommended.
The room was nice and spacious. The hotel looks nice. The room was clean. The location was nice. The staff wasn’t the friendliest. The hotel wasn’t serving breakfast in their breakfast room because of COVID, but offered no alternative or price break even though breakfast was supposed to be included. I was definitely disappointed by that but when I asked about it the front desk girl was not very nice about it
The staff was really friendly and attentive. I love that it’s dog friendly because we brought our dog, but the hotel definitely smelt of dog as soon as we walked in our room. If I wasn’t an animal lover, I might be annoyed at that. It seems all of their rooms are pet friendly. The first night we heard all kinds of doors shutting that kept us, the kids, and the dog up all night. Thin walls, maybe. The second night we downloaded a sleep sound app and it was much better to drown out the background noise. It was a decent enough hotel. I might stay there again if I bring my dog up.
Went to sleep happy, woke up due to noise in the parking lot late at night and ants covering the bathroom counter in the morning. It was awful. I'll never go there again.
Older hotel that has been redone. Rooms very clean, beds were comfortable. We had a pet room and it was nice. Breakfast was better than I expected. Nice place but the smallest bathroom I've ever seen. I'd stay again.
The breakfast had a variety of hot items including eggs and sausage. The room was clean and comfortable with good toiletries and Keurig coffee. The lamps were all a stark white LED light; I wished some had a softer yellow hue. Also, without a visible thermostat, it was hard to find a comfortable temp for the wall heater. My first night felt like a sauna even though I kept waking to turn the dial down.
