I made a reservation through Hotel.com to stay at the Bishop Inn on June 25th. When we arrive at the Inn, it was completely shut down. An employee was sitting in the lot telling reservation holders that the hotel was closed. I was told we would not be charged. Now I have a charge on my Visa and a new reservation. I did not make the July 24-25 reservation. Please correct this reservation error and reverse the charge on my VISA.

I made a reservation for this facility the day before. When I arrived on the day, there was one employee there who told me, "It's not open at the moment. It's scheduled to reopen in August." I told them I had made a reservation, but they said it had been refunded, so as long as it wasn't open there was nothing I could do so I booked another facility. The accommodation fee was deducted from my credit card, what a careless company Expedia is. Selling a facility that isn't open and then conducting a survey on top of that. Please refund my money immediately.

My room had a bad smell. There were yellow stains and human hair on the bed sheets. The bathtub was dirty and had hair inside. The toilet didn’t work you couldn’t flush it.

Bedding stained, and who knows last time changed. Property is a mess compared to what use to be a couple years ago. Toilet did not work and owners knew: had to plunge every other time used. Have stayed at this property multiple times over the years for fishing. Understand it was never 4 star, but there was a time it was clean, there was maid service, etc...spend a few extra dollars a night to stay somewhere else, or bring your own bedding and portable toilet.

It's a dump. Ants walking on the sink and floor. Preused, not fresh sheets just folded back over. Long brown hairs indide the sheets and on the cover. Dirty crumbs on the floor.
