Hotel is very convenient to major highways and has a lot of fast food options in the immediate area. Cleaning services came @ 8:00 am a little early for us but okay none the less.

OK property. Mostly contractors staying there (during the workweek). Receptionist needs training: We arrived early and she simply said "Check-in is at _____." No, "Let me see if any rooms are finished early." No, "Sorry we can't process your early." No, "Have some coffee or tea while you wait. (We found the coffee bar ourselves.)

Good hotel needs improvement

Room was clean and comfortable except the Sofa bed. Sofa bed is not good, need a better bed. They should provide additional bed topper! Sink drain was broken and could not be fixed. We stayed only for one night and did not have time to switch rooms. Breakfast was good. Overall clean and very nice.

Great stay

Breakfast was great. The front desk was very polite and helpful. The area around the hotel didn’t offer a lot so it was a quiet stay. The room was clean and the pool area was clean. My only complaint is the air in the work out room was not working and it was too hot. 85 degrees.

Evening staff was acceptable. Morning staff had a slow demeanor. Breakfast staff didnt understand English at all, when i asked for a broom to clean up someone else's spilled breakfast all over the floor. I finally went & asked the front desk & she didnt even know where a broom was. Breakfast staff doesn't know the difference between sausage gravy & grits.

Not handicap friendly

They were helpful for my knees, I told them that I was having a knee surgery and they put me almost at the end of the hall as far as as possible from the elevators. Won’t be staying at those hotels again. NOT Handicap friendly.

I stayed at this property 4-27-25 and my window curtains were broken and then I came home with bed bugs. I had to go to the doctor to find out why I was having all these random bumps on my body. I didn’t have this until I left this hotel
