Hot water stopped working after our first shower then the staff walked in on us at 11 am to ask us if we were leaving did not knock just opened the door cigarette butts on the floor when we checked in
Checked into our room and Friday after a long drive from Texas. Once we got settled my daughter started playing with her toys accidentally dropped a toy the went behind the headboard. I moved the bed to to retrieve the toy and lo and behold there were tons of old cookies and crumbs all underneath the bed. So that tells me these people are not changing the sheets. I gave the sheets a smell and it smelled liked dirty laundry we got our stuff and got out of there as fast as we could! Make sure to check underneath the beds and smell the sheets once you get into the room!
My room had been given to someone with the same first name. It was straightened out but should not have happened in the first place
Bedbugs bedbugs bedbugs. My wife and both kids have lots of bites from bedbugs from just one night stay. Carpet are never cleaned since the construction.

We were just passing through, clean and comfortable.
The room had a strange smell. The tv did not work. Had to call the front desk and get employee to bring a new cable.
The property was nice. The room looked good when I came in. They can work a little harder at deep cleaning just to make sure they got everything.
The staff was great! Location to freeway good not many sit down restaurants near by.
Everything was perfect night place and staff was friendly. They just had a little smell in the bathroom area but it went away after a couple of hours. The price was great.
I love the breakfast and workers. They both were great, lol. Now my lights didnt work but over all I'll give it a 4 and a half stars out of 5.
Close to hwy but nothing better then 2star hotel. All the machines are out of service.

Thank you for your comment. We sincerely apologize to you and your family for experiencing bed bugs at our facility. As you know and was informed when you brought this matter to our attention bed bugs travel with guest belongings the hotel did not produce such things. BED BUGS travels with people not saying you, but it might have been a guest before you. I'm sorry for you discrepancy .
