La Quinta has become our home away from home. We always trust that the rooms will be clean and comfortable. The breakfast is tasty. And our little dog is welcome. La Quinta is a welcome sight after traveling all day.

My mom and I were driving to Tampa, Fl from Abilene, Tx. This was our mid-trip stop both ways and I will always stay here in the future. It is quiet and the staff is so friendly. We had Italy check us in on our first visit and she was so funny. We had another young lady who was working right before the shift change at 3pm on July 8th. This is the place to stay!

Everything was clean and pretty. Pool was was clean. Grandkids had a blast in pool. The only thing was there was a pet fee. Stay at La Quinta often, first one to charge pet fee. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfty.

After searching extensively for a place to stay, I chose La Quinta Inn and Suites in Port Allen. My family and I arrived 6/15 after dealing with horrible traffic from New Orleans to Baton Rouge. I was tired from the drive in traffic, and was mentally dealing with the reason for our trip which was to attend the visitation and funeral of my beloved godmother. Italy, who checked us in, was a godsend and an asset to the company!!! She was so patient, pleasant, and accommodating in light of my somber and frustrated disposition. Whenever I saw her, she asked if there was anything she could do. Kudos to her, and thank you so so much for making us feel comfortable and at home. If we are in the area, we will stay here again, and I highly recommend this property!!!!

Great facility, very clean. Staff was very efficient and nice. Got checked in quickly. Rooms are very large and nice. The bathroom area is quite large and very nice. The hotel is easy to get to, just off the interstate.

The hotel was great place to stay. The beds were comfortable and room was really clean. The housekeeping staff always did a super job. The only problem I had was the check-in clerk was too busy the check guest in because she was cutting out something and she said we would just have to wait till she was done to answer question and check everybody in. The check out staff was great in helping with everyone when all the rain came letting me borrow umbrella so I could my car.

I truly enjoyed my stay the hotel. The hotel was clean and did not smell even though the there were dogs in and out of hotel. Italy was the best she went far and above to make out stay great..I needed a handicap room and a reg room close she changed our rooms to make sure I was close to my elderly uncle..We had 11 rooms booked and 3 were traveling with fur babies...The breakfast was not your typical continental breakfast it was amazing and fresh daily...

I stayed at this hotel when I came up to bring my LSU student home for the summer. I chose to stay in Port Allen as opposed to Baton Rouge for the convenience and access to I10. I liked that the hotel was in walking distance to fast food. I liked that it was no more than 10 to 15 minutes away from campus. The rooms were average size and very clean. The beds are high and I had to hop to get on it but my son who is tall loked it very much. The parking lot was well lit and felt safe as I came back to my room very late in the evening from packing up my students dorm. The staff was very courteous and welcoming. This is the second time that I stay in Port Allen as opposed to Baton Rouge but the first time I stay at this particular property. I will definitely be back in the fall to leave hom for a new semester.

Brand new property and it looks like it! Would definitely stay again. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. We loved the carpeting throughout the hallways. Even my fur baby was comfortable. We had a king size bed and it was very comfortable.

Stayed here overnight on a trip from New Orleans to Memphis. Beautiful modern spacious room, spotlessly clean. On our departure the sat nav in our hire car failed. Jay was on duty at the desk and was so helpful in contacting Avis and getting directions for us. We managed to get a new lead from the airport rental desk. A very big Thank You to Jay, hopefully someone will pass on out sincere thanks.
