Again , our stay are amazing😊😊this is our 2nd times staying here , with same view, and really very happy with our choice. All the staff here are very helpful & friendly . They really make our stay feel welcomed. I received flowers and cakes from the hotel for my birthday, and on arrival day too for our anniversary 👍👍👍. Definitely will come back here again. Very clean with good air-conditioning room . The cafe breakfast good too.This times round the weather are so good. Cooling maybe because of year end soon. We really love to stay here because of the location as well. Cos just within 10 mins walking distance to BTS station. And i would like to said Thank you to all the staff here. Dislike this stay! Checking in process took an hour. Booking information was not sent to hotel. Front desk wouldn’t check me in and asking me contact agency on my own instead of assisting or checking with agency. Easy NOT being handy at all, 11pm at a rainy night. Hotels.com could make the call to neither hotel or me. Over all checking in process was terrible. Hotel claim not receive agency information. Agency claim hotel not reachable, and just let me wait at lobby till midnight.
