Very very disappointed in this stay. I stay a week ago and great service so I book on return. This time from beginning to end, service just lacking for a 5 star. At checkin, I wanted to use gym/pool right away but luggage took forever. At night, no answer for room service at 9p. Same in morning. No answer in room service, front desk or operator. Rang endlessly. Finally, shuttle on the hour to airport we needed to be there 5-10 mins prior. At 12:05p we were blocks away and were called back for late guests. Ended up being 15 mins later than estimated and very tight on schedule. Manager came out to talk to me but did nothing but make excuses. Didn’t offer to buy my breakfast or two minibar items. No gesture is disrespectful in my opinion.

The hotel and amenities are fabulous. A great hotel to stay in. Restaurants on site are also excellent. There is a golf course ; fully lit for evening play and a spa ; so you don’t need to leave the property. The surrounding area is industrial; so you would have to travel for other dining options

This was such an oasis of calm and tranquility away from the buzz of Bangkok. The pool and spa were a particularly enjoyable experience, as was dinner outside watching the floodlit golf course. The room was luxurious with all the amenities including a spacious balcony to relax.

I had an amazing stay at Le Meridien Suvarnabhumi. It's the perfect spot to reset. The resort's aesthetic invites you to relax, and the surrounding golf course makes you feel far away from the city. The breakfast selection is one of the best I've seen lately, everything was delicious.

The changing rooms offered to shower in after golf. Disgraceful. Only cold shower, drain block and no where to change. Why did they offer these facilities, when we could have used the golf clubs.

Great hotel with top service

Great hotel with really good Italian restaurant which is a huge plus. Stayed here at night of Covid for 2 weeks to escape Bangkok before the hotel closed for some time so really glad it is open again.
