This hotel is beautiful and the clean. The staff are professional and friendly. I'm definitely coming back when I bisit El Paso again.

The room decor was nice but would have expected more amenities for the price, especially specifically just for guests.

Never showed up to clean up our room. I asked them to do that before I left to the event I had. Came back and it still was the same.

Downtown boutique hotel, love the staff, rooms, the bar, the pool! The hotel is the best choice in El Paso, will stay again:)

There was a problem with our shower where the rain shower and the hand held shower head both turned on at the same time and could not be turned to one or the other. We checked in on a Thursday and requested it be repaired. Nothing was done and we checked out on Sunday. Also, the hotel is somewhat isolated from restaurants. We had to Uber a lot. The hotel restaurant is not recommended. My $11 oatmeal was cold and lumpy! Overall, disappointing for cost at this hotel.

lovely spot- nice staff. good location: ; Id go back to the pool for sure

Know what you're getting yourself into here. There's a rooftop bar on the 5th floor that plays ridiculously loud music until 2am nightly. This is important to know if you get a room on the 6th floor, or you'll be as unaware as we were. When we called the front desk around 1am to see how long the music would be going on we were offered complimentary water and earplugs. Thanks, but no thanks. I downloaded a sleep app to drown out the noise, but it couldn't compete with the level of the club music. I like to party, I really do. But my hotel room should be an escape from the world regardless of the time. At a minimum, at check-in the staff should inform guests that will be in rooms subjected to the bass-thumping club music of the potential noise and make sure the guests know what they're in for. The valet parking is $12/night. This is by no means an issue, but something I wish I'd been able to find out prior to showing up. Also, the breakfast voucher says "one complimentary breakfast", but actually means $10 credit. Their basic entrees are all $10+ before a beverage. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning since that information does not appear on the voucher itself. Overall nice room and hotel, but the club music absolutely ruined this experience. We will not be back. At checkout the desk clerk was very surprised that we were not informed that we had a loud room. So perhaps my experience was not the norm. Or perhaps she was just showing good customer service.

The photos are accurate. It is a new, clean, hip hotel. Nice details in decoration and the art. Great pool, hang-out, and bar. Likely I would hang out here even if I weren't staying at the hotel and wanted a fancy drink. Walking distance to a few good restaurants and the newly renovated plaza. When I went for a stroll on a Wednesday night at 10 p.m., there were a good number of folks, hanging out, playing ping pong, chess, chatting. It was mellow and great to see so much life in the downtown.
