I have no complaints regarding the staff or the cleanliness of the hotel. Both were great, however, I did notice the showers never got warm enough to enjoy, they were usually lukewarm regardless of the time of day. I also noticed that if you share a wall with another room you are prone to hear things clearly, for example a vibrating phone. Street noise was also a little noticeable but not terrible.

Really loved the vibe. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The pool was a great touch.

Being in a hotel with no troublesome issues was key. My trip was for attending a dear friend’s funeral. I was impressed by professionalism and concern for my comfort by all staff in different areas of the property.

Bad bar service at pool. Pool needs to be renovated.

The pool area is nice but we weren’t allowed to bring our outside drinks. They want guests to purchase drinks from their bar which is ridiculous. They also had a DJ at the bar playing until past 1AM and we couldn’t sleep. I recommend any other hotel downtown like paso del norte or Marriott. This hotel is for a very hound crowd. Also, we arrived at 530pm and rooms were not ready. We had to wait an hour and so did 20 other people who were still waiting. Don’t stay here

Stayed for 3 days. Had to call maintenance on two separate occasions but the customer service was great. Hotel is nice and modern. Food around closes early. Valet only parking. Overall, would stay there again

Loved the pool & bar cause otherwise there’s nothing to do city is very run down and not a lot to do in walking distance. At night the hotel was like a college dorm , people up all hours running halls , slamming doors , screaming. The outdoor bar becomes a nightclub till midnight so all you hear is very loud music . So needless to say didn’t get much rest on our stay .. very disappointed cause it’s a cute boutique hotel ..

overbooked

Cleanliness is something that needs to be worked on.

Nice place

Beautiful place clean and relaxing. Good fir family and business. Looked like a 5 star hotel. But parking was valet only they charged $12 per day which was not bad at all either.

Staff was very willing to help out...quick room service. We will be staying here again..

A refrigerator in the room will be helpful for travelers.Especially to put their food and beverages to access at night or anytime. Also, a courtesy shuttle transportation. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I highly recommend it to travelers. Within walking distance to the museum of art. You can walk to starbucks and the Park.

Everyone was very friendly... right near where my appt the next day is

Hotel is nice and clean. You have to valet park your car for a total 12$ (good price). The hotel pool was a kinda packed and seem to be a younger crowd with a party vibe. Everyone was still respectful. Hotel has a boutique feel to it. Felt safe on and around the property
