Very nice rooms, convenient downtown location. But every time I’ve stayed here I’ve been woken up at 3-4 am by city garbage trucks roaring through downtown and SLAMMING dumpsters back down with an echoing boom. If El Paso wants hotels to revitalize downtown they should not be waking up every hotel guest with such an infernal racket.
I found blood in my sheets and I got told that I couldn’t be moved rooms because I had already used the restroom.
Pros; The hotel and the rooms are contemporary and clean. The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel was blocks from the convention center and the ballpark making easy to walk to our events. Cons: Small rooms with thin walls, you can hear other peoples conversations and their "activities". Also the recommend parking structure is pricey. There are meter parking on the streets and there free after 6pm so thats a more affordable option if you can find a spot and if it works with your day plans. Overall this a nice option to stay for a day or two.
It was a great hotel in Downtown El Paso with a friendly staff and close to everything!
Downtown near everything was good! Rooms a little snug, drawer space was not enough, showers need safety bars/floor. But over all nicely decorated.
The rooms are way too small for the price. You don’t even get breakfast or parking that’s extra even I asked for extra towel they told me it would be 5 dollars it’s okay but all the extra charges made it not so great since there are better hotels near by that are the same price spot bigger and more perks
Typically a comfortable experience. Found this weekend concerning with seeing the lack of housekeeping throughout.
The staff was so nice - the front desk was very friendly and welcoming especially during this stressful time. Happy to have stayed here.
Friendly staff, cool building, dog friendly. Good food for purchase for breakfast plus a lobby bar.
Very clean. Walkable to downtown El Paso. Staff offered useful tips for nearby dining.
They had recurring issues with the elevator and minimal options for breakfast. On the plus; very nice restoration of an old high rise, nicely decorated rooms, spacious lobby and indoor-outdoor sitting area.
The staff was fantastic. They were all very kind and helpful with finding places I needed to go, as well as places to eat, etc. Valets were all great too. The room was comfortable and modern. My only complaint was the silly window shades. They were controlled by a wall switch, but the switch was located by the door to the room, and it controlled the bathroom shade, which you couldn't see from the switch. So you had to guess as to when the shade was fully down. Otherwise, I really liked the place!
A very cool place stay with ALL the staff being super helpful. They had a bar downstairs with a pool table & games which was tons of fun.
Comfortable bed, but thin walls with a lot of noise from traffic and construction site across the street.
Very cool hotel, located on a beautiful landmark building in downtown El Paso. Some issues with the ac/heat aside, very nice stay. Pool table at the lobby, bar, and games for the kids. No parking lot, but valet available at $15 usd/day The rooms are rather small, but with 6 windows each you won't feel cramped.
Hotel location is great. One elevator was out of service. The other was falling apart. I booked a non-smoking room yet when I got there it smelled like ciggarettes which means the hotel staff needs to pay more attention. Also, the building is old with big windows and the room was set on AC 68. You would think the attendants would reset the rooms accordingly to the weather which was 50 outside.
