The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was friendly. We stayed for two nights and there was no room service. I don't know if you have to ask for room cleaning specifically but no one came and we had to ask for large towels. There are warehouses to the rear of the property and for several hours at night there were cars in the parking lot of those warehouses doing donuts, screaching tires, and making excessive noise. The rooms do not have in-room safes and the restrooms do not have ventilators so they get hot and too much steam when you shower.
