This hotel was quite dirty. When we checked in they had a mandatory mask sign only for the check in person to be unmasked. Then when we went to the room it was clear the room wasn’t swept or vacuumed. There was also someone’s old food in the fridge.

I used you’re app to get a room you took my money since the lady at the front desk said I can’t stay since I’m 18.

In the current scamdemic conditions, there are a lot of people without homes. They flock to the cheapest hotels. There are drug addicts and prostitutes all over this property. It is noisy all night and not safe. You choose.

This place was a complete bust, never again. The floor was filthy, the door did not have a security latch and could not close properly, while allowing cold air in. Police knocking next door for a good hour, and could only think what’s going to happen with my two little ones. No hot water with cold temperatures outside. Save your money and invest in a better place with security and cleanliness, you would go wrong!!!

I had not hot water for 4 days, I asked at the front desk and their usual reply was "It just went out and should be up shortly, maintenance is working on it", same reply every day at different times. Also, each night i had to have my key card reset as it didn't work after 24 hours. There was also no extra care in sanitizing rooms in an area with high rates of Covid.

The office smelled like weed, the employee didnt know what he was doing so the line took way longer than necessary. The room not only smelled but had mold on the ceiling in the restroom, no toilet paper in the room and there was a bag wrapped around the smoke detector probably for office staff to smoke weed. Will never ever stay there again.

I like how clean and modern it is. I didnt like the General Managers attitude. Stand offish and racist bigot type person. But you only have to see him and his smart you know what attitude when you check in After that everything is pleasant

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. My room was clean, and it was a very good price. The overall condition of the property, unfortunately, was a little on the “worse for wear” side.

Overall: terrible! There were people running outside being so loud and disrespectful at 11 pm. Then every hour or so after that there was someone yelling. Not sure if it was a party or what but she was yelling and cussing. I would never stay here again that’s for sure

Facility is old and looks like an abandoned motel. In need of remodeling all around motel! Not worth their daily rate not even free=(

Clean rooms , not noisy , comfortable bed very nice at all, will definitely stay again next time 👍

I appeared to be in need of a good cleaning as compared to Durango and Ruidoso.
