Staff called me back to say they have an iyem i have forgotten
The staff was very friendly and a very convenient shuttle to the airport and surrounding areas. But overall the hotel is old and needs an upgrade.
I checked in and then checked out. Filthy place. Very old. Drug activity in halls and parking lot. I returned my keys to manager and she stated she hears that all the time. She gave me a trip advisor card and said please report your experience. She also credited my account. Shame on Or it’s for giving this place 3 stars.
I liked everything there
Did not get cleaning staff during the 3-days stay. I requested new towels but got none. The room was outdated for the price.
Hard to find room keys didn’t work three times staff was rude I had problems with the wrong they did not solve them I lost something in the room they did not return it .the front lady did not know the policy of the hotel.
It was close to the airport and restaurants/dining and shopping, but the hotel was very run down. Elevator wasn't working, room key cards needed to be reactivated several times per day, furniture was a little beast up, and no free breakfast as advertised.
The room was is disrepair. Halls had feathers and leaves.
Disappointed that Wyndham reward points were not available to Orbitz customers.
Called about shower in room not working and was told very condescendingly how to fix it and that I would have to wait for maintenance to come in the next day but they did not know when maintenance would be there. Front desk person the next day was very nice and was able to fix it. Carpet very dirty in hallways. Bath towel in room stained/used?
Not what i I expected. Reserved the "luxury suite" Kitchenette almost on top of bed. No chairs to dine. No city views.
Very good customer service. Room Is very clean and close to airport
Had to request towels multiple days .Microwave wasn't plugged in and cord wouldnt reach. Coffee pot didn't work. Heater noise and filthy.
Clean, neat, friendly staff, good price and decent location.
Old, dirty, under construction place. Not what on pictures.
