The hotel is massive and unfortunately the guest is treated very impersonal. Checkin is a nightmare. Ridiculous wait time. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Food was delicious, amenities were great but the cleanliness of the room could have been better. Bottles and silverware were behind the dresser (which I did not notice until we were making sure we had everything when we were about to checkout) and the door was greasy. My child found crumbs under the bed. Upon arrival, one of the bed sheets had a stain and housekeeping came in and changed it. Overall we had a great experience just wish the room was a bit cleaner.

Pool staff and security accused my entire party of smoking and told us to leave the pool area for an hour while they reviewed the cameras. One person from our group later returned to speak with the manager to learn the outcome of the investigation, but no information was provided. We completed a formal complaint regarding the situation. Unfortunately, the day at the pool was cut short due to these unfounded accusations from staff. Several other guests who were at the pool at the time even informed security that no one in our group was smoking. Despite this, we were still told to leave, which disrupted and ultimately ruined the pool day for the six people in our party. I believe we were never informed about what the cameras showed because the staff realized they were mistaken.

I had a wonderful day with my daughter. The pool water was very warm and comfortable.. She enjoyed it a lot.. restaurants were very good large variety of food, hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly. I love the view. I love all the fireplace aesthetics. My kids absolutely love the fish tank overall we had a wonderful time. I can’t wait to go again.
