The rooms were clean and the rooms were also. My biggest issue was with the happy hour meal. Although we didn’t complain about the food, it was very disappointing to have food serve to you that was at best warm but the other guest with me on the other hand food was not fully cooked and was very cold. Instead of management comping his meal, he only gave him $10 off. He wasn’t able to eat a complete meal all together, the first time Thayer brought his food he had sauce on it when he had requested it on the side, then had to wait almost 30 minutes just to get old chicken without the fries, then later he received them. This is not acceptable and management should have respect for their guests staying at their hotel.

The rooms were very clean. Bathroom was also clean as well, that’s always something I look at very closely. Beds are soft, comfortable and clean so if that’s something you like and want at an hotel stay this is what you will get. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The front desk clerk, sorry I don’t remember his name, was awesome. The rooftop restaurant and bar is great as well. The bartender was great at making a good strong drink lol. I can’t forget to mention the indoor pool area, not the biggest but kept nice and warm. They have a gym also but I didn’t get to use that. Overall I would 100% recommend this place and will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in the ATL.

The hotel was easy to find, nice decor. The check in took a little while but the front desk receptionist was professional and friendly. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a little too soft for me. I will definitely stay again.

We was given a room on the 4th floor directly under the bar, the noise was horrible, we barley got any sleep, i called the front desk twice and told hime we was hearing lound noise people walking so hard felt like they was stomping, the guy at the front desk told me no one was above me, I went to the floor ibove to see what was going on and to my surprise it was the bar, they was mobing chairs and tabkes and talking loudly after midnight, we had neighbors next to us with several kids screaming and the adults was basically having a full blown party, The noise stopped around 3am, we got no no sleep , im upset the staff put us in this room even though we told him i had to be up early for surgery in the morning. This is my secon stay at this hotel, the first time was aa good experience but my second time was horror. I will never return to this hotel, if you visit this hotel ask for the 5th floor please avoid the 4th
