Easy access off i94 at Jackson st. Next exit is the Big House and University exit. Also located next to a Kroger store and Zingerman’s Roadhouse restaurant, a little pricey, but order smart and it will be worth it. Right next door is a middle eastern coffee house which seems all the rage today. Good breakfast items and yummy coffee. Good parking, nice mud room with washer and dryer. Stayed 17 nights, very good for the longer stays.

This accommodation was great. We were a group of three humans and one dog; it was very comfortable for all. Parking was off the street and easily accessed. Plenty of places nearby to get groceries or eat out. The host left out menus and local info, and even a gift card to cover a coffee at the cafe right next door. The place was well stocked with things you would want on hand, and things you might not expect yet find useful!

Great place to stay

I stayed just two nights while passing through to visit my family. It is convenient to all the main roads around Ann Arbor but also in a quiet neighborhood. The coffee shop next door is a great bonus! It had everything I needed and would have worked well for a longer stay with my teenage child as well.
